Join Mike McCrery and folks from different ski clubs on one of Mike’s favorite bike rides on Saturday, June 25! This is an opportunity to bike and try a great beer garden at the same time. We’ll be biking the Salt Creek loop from Bemis Woods to Brookfield Zoo (all paved), 15 miles round trip and should take approx. 2 hours. We’ll meet in the parking lot at Bemis Woods (entrance between 294 and Wolf Rd. on the north side of Ogden Ave in Western Springs) @ 9:30, start @ 10:00 sharp. After the ride we’ll go to Palmer Place Restaurant and Beer Garden in LaGrange for lunch and libations. Great burgers, salads and sandwiches, and 300 different kinds of beer.
