January 5-7, 2018--Welch Village Ski & Snowboard Area – Red Wing, MN
It’s that time of year again and our first weekend trip to start the season off is a favorite for us all!
Your trip begins:
• Arrive 5:30PM at Knights of Columbus @ Infantry Drive in Joliet. Bus (Lamers coach) departs at 6PM from this location
• Box dinner catered by Doing Thyme through K of C. Meals options will be available at a later date.
• Water furnished on bus, all other beverages are BYOB.
• Two days of lift tickets (discounted for the first 30 skiers).

• Lodging is at the Super 8 in Red Wing, MN (651-388-0491). Indoor pool and hot tub available.
• Saturday and Sunday continental breakfast is available.
• Saturday dinner is on your own – restaurants within walking distance or order in. There is also Liberty Restaurant that has a shuttle for transportation to/from. All are good eats.
Trip pricing is based on 25 seats. Price is $315 per adult, $240 per child staying with adults in their room.
We have lift tickets for up to 30 skiers. Each individual skier over the 30th spot will be $350 due to the difference in lift tickets.
Scheduled payments:
• Initial deposit at sign up $50
• September 21, 2017 $100
• October 19, 2017 $100
• Balance due November 16, 2017 (trip will be closed by December 5th)
Payments are taken at all meetings, as we would really love to see you, or can be mailed to PO Box 2542, Joliet, IL 60434-2542.
• Checks made payable to Joliet Ski Club
• Note trip name on the memo line.
• One trip per check.
• Payment may include all in your party.
Trip must be paid in full one month prior to departure.
