Pine Point Ski and Snowboard Club celebrated the 50-year milestone in 2021. So as of the 2024-2025 Ski Season Pine Point has been in existence 54 YEARS! Although Snowsports are our obvious focus, we like to get together all 4 Seasons for a variety of athletic, recreational, cultural or social events. Camping, hiking, biking, rollerblading, fall foliage, symphony concerts in Millennium Park, kayaking, whitewater rafting, beer/wine tastings, good food, fire jams, live music on the beach, dragon boat racing and Jazz Fests/Blues Fests are all events we love! ALL ages and abilities are welcome to ALL of our events year round. Abilities on the snow range from “I’ve never gone skiing/boarding before” to those with many years of experience. We will welcome and accept you and wish to share the excitement and beauty of SNOW! Whether it’s a local favorite resort or some amazing mountain we’ve never been to, it’s all about the white stuff! Our membership and officers are located in Chicago and also the suburbs. Our monthly meetings are at the Green Eye Lounge 2403 W Homer St Chicago, IL 60647. And they take place in the back room at 7:30 PM on the 3rd Tuesday each month from October through May each year.
