Crystal Mountain was so much fun in ‘21 that we’re going again!
Arrival: February 5, 2023 Departure: February 8, 2023
Club 50 will travel to Michigan to ski at Crystal Mountain for our 2023 Midwestern trip. Crystal Mountain hasa 375-foot vertical and 58 runs. We will be staying 3 nights with options for 2 or 3 days of skiing. The resort, in Thompsonville, Michigan, is a 306-mile drive from Chicago, all limited access highway except for the final 37 miles. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation, but the trip leaders will establish a sign-up system for those who want to carpool.
For those who are into alternative winter sports, Crystal Mountain offers 25 kilometers of cross-country trails, with 4 kilometers lighted for night skiing. (Many of Crystal’s downhill runs are lit too!) The trails connect to the Michigan Legacy Art Park which has a 1.6-mile snowshoe trail. Cross-country and snowshoeing gear can be rented at Crystal Mountain.

3 nights hotel lodging, double occupancy**, made-to-order breakfast included. (Single supplement available). 3-day lift ticket to Crystal Mountain Ski area, Monday thru Wednesday.
Admission to the Michigan Legacy Art Park. Complimentary fitness classes at the fitness center, plus use of fitness center and pool. Wine & cheese party two evenings & pizza party on the last night. *Final trip price is subject to change dependent upon various factors including published Lift & Lodging package rates, 2022/2023 advance lift ticket prices, number of days skied and ages of participants.

Members participating in this trip must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
If you sign up without a roommate, we will make every attempt to match you with someone of the same sex (in the order you sign up). However, if we are unable to place you with another member, you will be asked to pay the single supplement price.
