The 2023 western ski trip for Chicagoland Club 50 is to Steamboat Ski Resort from Sunday, March 19 to Saturday, March 25. Club 50 will be staying at The Ranch at Steamboat with a dedicated shuttle to the lifts and to town. With 2,965 acres and a 3,668-foot vertical makes Steamboat even bigger than Breck. The runs are 14% beginner, 42% intermediate and 44% advanced. And you’ll sleep better due to Steamboat’s 6,900-foot base elevation!
The basic trip includes:
• 6 nights lodging in 2 BR/2 BA condos at The Ranch. (4-person occupancy, single option available*)
• Non-Stop round-trip airfare on United Airlines from O’Hare to Hayden/Yampa Valley airport
• Round-trip shuttle transfers (an easy 25 miles airport to Steamboat)
• 5 wine and cheese parties + pizza party on our arrival day
• Driver gratuities
Trip insurance and lift tickets are not included.
Our condos all have a master bedroom w/Queen or King + bath (great for couples or members opting for the single supplement) and a second bedroom with two beds and use of a second full bathroom. *The single supplement is available.
Multiple options for ski passes are available. Steamboat is an IKON resort, so if you have that pass, you’re good to go! Other options include 4-day lift ticket $425 and 5-day $530. The Day Passes are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance. They can be used at 37 IKON resorts (some have holiday blackout dates). IKON FULL and BASE passes are available through our tour operator, SKIGROUP.NET via a special website:
